Lemony Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 chicken breast halves, boned
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. water
    1 chicken flavored bouillon cube or chicken broth
    1 fresh lemon, sliced
Preparation
    Bone chicken breast.
    Pound chicken to 1/8-inch thickness. Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Lightly coat chicken.
    Reserve remaining flour mixture.
