Mother'S Chicken With Sherry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler chicken, quartered
    1/2 can consomme soup
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in a shallow pan.
    Heat together consomme, orange juice and sherry in saucepan.
    Pour sauce over chicken.
    Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 4.
