Frosted Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. 7-Up
    16 oz. crushed pineapple (save juice)
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained well
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    crushed pecans
Preparation
    Stir jello well in hot water.
    Add 7-Up and chill a little. Stir in pineapple and mandarin oranges.
    Let set up well.
    Then combine in saucepan flour, sugar, egg and 1 cup pineapple juice over medium heat.
    Stir well until thick; remove from heat.
    Stir together butter, cream cheese and Cool Whip and mix well.
    Spread over congealed gelatin; add crushed pecans.
    Chill well.
