Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Grease and flour pan.
    Beat all ingredients for 1/2 minute. Bake 55 to 60 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    To check for doneness, stick a toothpick in the center.
    If toothpick comes out clean, bread is done.
