Potato Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    Mozzarella cheese
    onions
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and boil in salted water until very tender; drain and mash.
    Add butter and chopped onions.
    Form little potato ball with Mozzarella cheese in the center.
    After placing cheese in the center, flatten the potato/cheese ball to form a flat \"tortilla.\"
    Fry until golden.
    Goes great with any kind of steak or chicken.
    Serves 6.
