Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Colby cheese, finely grated
    3 c. flour
    9 Tbsp. cold water, more or less
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper, more to make hotter
Preparation
    Cut all ingredients together with two knives or pastry cutter to make dough; keeping as dry as possible.
    Roll out into a square.
    Cut in strips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes until light brown and crisp.
    Let cool.
