Pizzelle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. anise or vanilla
    3 1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until creamy.
    Melt butter.
    Add flavoring.
    Cool, then add to egg mixture.
    Sift flour and baking powder.
    Add and mix well.
    Drop by tablespoon on greased (first one) pizzelle iron.
    Cook until golden.
