Curried Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable oil cooking spray
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. bay scallops
    2 tsp. Chablis wine
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    chopped chives (optional for garnish)
Preparation
    Coat a medium nonstick skillet with vegetable oil.
    Place over medium-high heat until hot.
    Add next 3 ingredients; saute 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Remove from heat and set aside. Keep warm.
