Cheesy Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of (your choice) soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Top with 1 cup crushed cornflakes and up to 1 stick melted butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
