Shoo-Fly Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together.
    Take out 1 cup for topping. Mix 1 cup brown sugar and boiling water.
    Add baking soda in boiling water.
    Add this to crumb mixture and beat well.
    Pour into cupcake papers 2/3 full and add crumbs.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
