Chunky Milk Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 egg
    2 c. (11 1/2 oz. pkg.) milk chocolate morsels
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
    In a larger bowl, cream the sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat in egg. Add dry ingredients; beat well. Stir in morsels, nuts and raisins. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 3-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly. Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
    Let stand for 2 minutes.
    Cool on wire racks.
    Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
