Oven Omelet Brunch(A Memorial Day Tradition) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 doz. eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    green onion, cut up
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In oven, melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Coat bottom with butter.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended.
    Stir in onion.
    Bake until eggs are set, approximately 35 minutes.
