Braised Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean beef
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
    1 large onion
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 medium green pepper
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Flour and brown beef in frying pan.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
    Put meat in oblong baking dish.
    Add tomatoes.
    Dice onion, celery and pepper; add to other ingredients.
    Add spices to taste. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
