Ingredients

6 c. shredded zucchini
20 oz. crushed pineapple
4 c. sugar
1 box Sure-Jell
1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Boil zucchini until clear.
Add pineapple and mix good.
Boil 3 minutes.
Add sugar, Sure-Jell and jello.
Boil hard for 6 minutes.
Add 3 tablespoons lemon juice.
Boil 2 minutes.
Put into jars and seal.
Keep in refrigerator or freeze.
