Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 crust pastry dough
2 2/3 Tbsp. milk
4 Tbsp. flour
4 c. rhubarb, cut up
Preparation

Mix eggs and milk together.
Stir in sugar, flour and nutmeg. Mix in rhubarb.
Put in pastry-lined pan.
Dot with butter (optional).
Cover with top crust, if desired.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 50 to 55 minutes.
