Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, drained
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 grated carrot
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned crumbs
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mash squash; add sour cream, chicken soup, carrot, onion, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle a layer of crumbs in a shallow greased casserole dish (12 x 7-inch).
    Spoon squash mixture over crumbs. Cover squash mixture with additional crumbs on top and then dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
