Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground fresh turkey
    1 c. bread crumbs (2 slices)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    2 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine turkey, crumbs, milk, onion, egg, bouillon, 1 teaspoon mustard and poultry seasoning.
    Mix well.
    In shallow baking dish, shape into loaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Combine remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard, honey and brown sugar. Spoon over loaf.
    Bake 10 minutes longer or until no longer pink.
