Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large sweet potatoes
    oil for frying
    sugar for coating
Preparation
    In a large pot boil sweet potatoes until done.
    Boil with peelings left on and stick with fork to test when done.
    Let cool, then carefully remove peeling.
    Slice lengthwise and fry in black skillet with small amount of oil.
    Fry until brown and put onto platter.
    While hot, sprinkle with granulated sugar.
    Continue frying and layering until all done.
