Pizza Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Empty potato slices and package of seasoned sauce mix into 2-quart casserole dish.
    Heat tomatoes, water and oregano to boiling.
    Stir into potatoes.
    Arrange pepperoni on top and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
