Cinnamon Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 egg, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
Preparation
    Spread package of crescent rolls on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan, pinching seams together.
    Don't put up sides of pan. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, egg yolk and vanilla until smooth. Beat real good.
    Spread over dough in pan.
