Juan'S Sopapia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Cut in Crisco and enough water to make a dry dough. Roll 1/4-inch thick and cut into 2-inch triangles. Deep-fry until light brown on both sides. Makes 4 dozen.
