Quick-N-Hearty Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, cook all ingredients on medium-high heat until boiling point.
    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, or until potatoes and celery are tender.
