Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 medium can enchilada sauce
    1 small can evaporated milk
    12 flour tortillas
    1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saut onions.
    Add meat and brown.
    Add green chilies, enchilada sauce and evaporated milk.
    Spray 13 x 9 pan with Pam.
    Layer tortillas in pan; add meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake until cheese melts and bubbling.
