Quick Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. corn oil
1 lb. boneless pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. catsup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. green pepper, sliced
2 c. hot rice
Preparation

Heat corn oil in skillet.
Add pork and brown.
Add pineapple chunks, corn syrup, vinegar, catsup, soy sauce and garlic.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a separate dish, combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water.
Add to skillet with green pepper.
Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Serve over hot rice.
Makes 4 servings.
