Chinese Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1 onion
1 can tomato juice (46 oz. size)
1 large can Chinese vegetables, drained
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 to 1 chopped green pepper
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can French-cut green beans
Preparation

Fry turkey and onion together.
In large kettle, combine turkey with remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 1 hour.
