Oven Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef pot roast
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place roast in center of double thickness of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
    Sprinkle all sides of meat with dry onion soup mix.
    Spoon can of mushroom soup on top.
    Seal meat in foil. Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
