Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box golden raisins
1 box dark raisins
1/2 lb. red candied cherries, chopped
1 (3 1/2 oz.) Angel Flake coconut
5 c. pecans, chopped coarsely
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 lb. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

With mixer, beat margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla and 1 1/2 cups flour.
Stir in pineapple with juice.
Roll all fruit and nuts with remaining 1 1/2 cups flour. Stir together all fruit and nuts so it will all be coated with flour.
Pour liquid mixture over fruit; mix well with spoon.
