Vivian'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. raw rice (3 c. cooked)
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 can green chiles, chopped
    5 oz. Cheddar cheese, chopped into small cubes
Preparation
    Thaw and drain broccoli.
    Cook rice.
    Saute onion and celery in 1 to 2 tablespoons margarine until soft.
    Mix vegetables and soup; add chiles.
    Fold in rice sour cream and cheese (oblong baking dish).
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and cheese is melted.
