Family Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. round steak
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. dried mustard
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix flour and mustard together.
    Cut steak in approximately 2 x 3-inch squares.
    Roll in flour and mustard mixture.
    Pound steaks with tenderizing hammer.
    In 6 to 8-quart saucepan, put in oil and brown steaks on each side.
    Remove and set aside.
    In same pan, add tomato sauce, onions, Worcestershire sauce, celery and brown sugar.
    Bring to a slow boil.
    Turn off and add meat and place in oven for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
