Kansas Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1/4 lb.) pkg. sliced dried beef
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. onion salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except beef until creamy.
Spread cheese mixture on separated dried beef slices and roll each up jelly roll fashion.
Chill well in foil wrap.
Cut in bite size pieces.
Spear each with a wooden cocktail pick.
