Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can fresh onion soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix 1/3 cup soup (undiluted), beef, bread crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Shape into patties and brown.
    Mix flour and remaining soup.
    Then add remaining ingredients and blend.
    Pour mixture over patties.
    Cover and simmer over low heat about 20 minutes.
    Baste occasionally or in crock-pot for a couple of hours.
