Tomato Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    6 c. raw potatoes, diced
    1 pt. tomato juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 qt. half and half
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook celery and onion in a small amount of water until done (about 30 minutes).
    Add potatoes, juice and salt.
    Cook on low until potatoes are done.
    Add half and half to desired consistency.
    Add butter and serve.
