Caraway Carrots And Potatoes*(Quick And Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag small peeled carrots
    4 to 8 red potatoes
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    salt and pepper to taste
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; do not peel.
    Heat butter in saucepan and add onion.
    Saute briefly; add carrots, potatoes, water, salt, pepper and caraway seed.
    Bring to a boil; cover and cook about 12 minutes until potatoes and carrots are done (time varies, depending on size of veggies).
    Serve sprinkled with parsley. Serves 4 to 6.
