Gourmet Sweet-Hot Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can dry mustard
    1 c. cider vinegar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix together dry mustard and cider vinegar; let stand overnight.
    Beat together and cook until thickened in double boiler the vinegar-mustard mixture, eggs, sugar and salt.
    Cool, then beat in mayonnaise.
    Makes about 1 quart.
    Store in glass jar in refrigerator.
    Great on hot dogs, burgers, pork roast, turkey sandwiches, etc.
    We use it instead of boughten mustard!
