Ingredients

5 whole graham crackers
2 small boxes sugar-free instant pudding (vanilla)
4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. lite peaches
10 Tbsp. lite whipped topping
Preparation

Crumble graham crackers and spread in a 9-inch pie pan.
Make pudding according to directions.
When pudding is almost set, pour over graham crackers.
Refrigerate pie until completely set. Drain peaches and place on top.
Decorate with whipped topping. Serves 8.
