Russian Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh dill
    onion slices
    garlic cloves
    fresh cucumbers
    2 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. pickling salt
Preparation
    In each clean sterilized jar, place 1 head fresh dill, 2 slices onions, 1 clove garlic and fresh cucumbers to fill. To make brine, mix vinegar, water, sugar and pickling salt.
    Bring to a boil and pour over pickles in jars.
    Seal jars and let sit for a week before using.
