Black Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. canned black beans, rinsed and drained
2 minced cloves garlic
2 mangos, peeled and diced
1 red bell pepper, cored and diced
1 red onion, diced
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. olive oil
8 Tbsp. lime juice
Preparation

Mix vegetables and fruit.
Combine spices, juice and oil in another bowl.
Toss the two together well.
Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Serve with grilled shrimp.
