Paella A La Caiolla - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped ham
    1/2 c. chopped pork
    1 (1 lb.) live lobster
    12 peeled shrimp
    6 mussels (optional)
    4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. saffron
    3 garlic cloves
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 c. peas (fresh or frozen)
    1 (2 lb.) chicken, cut in small pieces
    4 crab claws
    12 clams
    2 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
    freshly ground black pepper
    4 tomatoes, sliced
    4 pimentos, sliced
Preparation
    Cut lobster's claws from the body and cut the body into pieces. Peel raw shrimp.
    Clean the clams, mussels and crab's claws.
    Put 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
    Saute chicken, ham and pork over medium heat until golden brown.
    Set aside; keep covered.
