Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, divided
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 cup milk, sugar, salt and 3 tablespoons butter in saucepan.
    Heat until butter melts.
    Cool to 105\u00b0 to 115\u00b0. Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large mixing bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in milk mixture, 1 1/2 cups flour and egg.
    Beat at medium speed of mixer until smooth.
    Stir in remaining 3/4 cup flour.
    Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
    Place in well-greased bowl, turning to grease the top.
    Cover to let rise in warm place (85\u00b0) free from drafts for 1 hour.
    (Dough will not quite double in bulk.)
