Vegetable Toss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. zucchini, cut into strips
1 c. diagonally sliced carrots
1 c. halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. cauliflowerets
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. sliced green onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
crisp lettuce leaves
1 c. Pepperidge Farm cheese and garlic croutons
1 small bottle Ranch or Zesty Ranch dressing
Preparation

In large bowl, combine all ingredients (except lettuce and croutons), toss to blend.
Arrange on lettuce leaves, top with Pepperidge Farm cheese and garlic croutons.
Makes 6 servings.
