Cheesy Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 deep dish pie crust
Preparation

Saute onions and green pepper.
Combine cheese and flour. Place in pie crust.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour into shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until filling is set.
