Spinach And Cheese Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of asparagus soup
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 1/2 c. croutons (any flavor)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 3-quart casserole.
    Cook spinach as directed on package.
    Drain well.
    Mix spinach, eggs, onion, soup, butter and cheese together in a large bowl.
    Mix in 2 1/2 cups croutons.
    Place in casserole and top with remaining croutons. Bake 1 hour.
