Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bottle Certo
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/8 c. hot peppers
    6 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. red or green food coloring
Preparation
    Mix sugar, vinegar and peppers.
    Bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
    Add Certo and remove from heat.
    Add coloring.
    Let cool until thick.
    Place in sterilized jars.
