Hot Taco Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. medium salsa
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    garnishes (chopped tomato, sour cream, shredded Cheddar cheese and tortilla chips)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet.
    Add salsa, tomato sauce and bouillon.
    Bring to a full boil.
    Cover and reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes.
