Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. celery
    2 beaten egg yolks
    2 beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients except egg whites and mix well.
    Fold stiffly beaten egg whites into mixture. Steam bake 60 minutes.
    Unmold on serving plate and serve with creamed pea sauce.
    Makes 8 servings.
