Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. vanilla wafers, finely crushed
    1 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. bourbon, rum or brandy
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, sugar, nuts and cocoa, mixing well.
    Stir in corn syrup and bourbon; blend thoroughly.
    Set aside in refrigerator for several hours.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in powdered sugar.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Makes 36 Bourbon Balls.
