Pork Roast And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pork roast
salt and pepper
1/4 c. water
1 onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
1 c. or small can sauerkraut
1 potato, peeled and chopped
1 sliced apple
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Brown roast; sprinkle with salt and pepper and add water and onion.
Cover and simmer 2 1/2 hours.
About 1/2 hour before meat is done, add remaining ingredients.
