Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and oil.
    Beat until mixed and add carrots.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
