Oriental Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed turkey meat
    1 head clean, dry romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
    2 large red peppers, cut into bite size pieces
    1 basket crunchy bean sprouts
    1/3 c. dark sesame oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
Preparation
    Combine the turkey with the vegetables in a salad bowl.
    Mix the oil, soy sauce and vinegar in a cruet until well blended.
    Toss with the turkey mixture.
    This makes a lovely light lunch for 4 to 6 people.
    It is also a perfect way to use up extra turkey after the holidays.
    Serve with a specialty bread.
