Vivian'S Chili Verde - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. pork or beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 cans diced chiles
1 onion, diced
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cumin
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 bell pepper
1 minced garlic clove
2 large cans tomatoes
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. beef broth
salt to taste
Preparation

Brown meat at medium to high heat.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until meat is very tender.
Serve with flour tortillas.
